STEP4Document Screening / Interview

If we find personnel that match your requirements, we will send you their documents. After that, you will conduct document screening and interviews. During the selection process, our consultant will coordinate schedules and check the selection status. During document screening, we will summarize information in a recommendation letter to help you understand what kind of person the candidate is and their thoughts. In the interview phase, we will provide feedback on the candidate's impressions after the interview.

STEP5Job Offer / Decision to Join

If you find a candidate you want to hire, please issue a job offer letter, and our consultant will confirm the candidate's intention to join. Even after the decision to join, we will continue to provide necessary support, such as following up on the candidate's resignation negotiations, to ensure they join as scheduled. On the day of joining, our consultant will contact you to confirm their attendance.
