The 'Specified Skilled Worker' system, introduced in 2019, launched to address this issue. However, the challenges faced by foreign workers and accepting companies are diverse and not easy to overcome.

For foreign workers, adapting to a new environment where they are burdened by the Japanese language and rules makes it difficult for them to fully demonstrate their true abilities. On the other hand, employers often struggle with the challenges of working with foreign personnel who have significantly different values.

In March 2024, the addition of four new industries (automobile transportation, railways, forestry, and the wood industry) to the "Specified Skilled Worker" system was announced. We are committed to contributing to the development of human resources and employment consulting, specifically focusing on the automobile transportation industry (drivers), which is one of these sectors.
