Business Operations

We conduct sales activities to introduce trained personnel from seven Asian countries (Vietnam, China, the Philippines, Myanmar, Indonesia, Nepal, and Sri Lanka) to Japanese transportation companies, taxi services, and other businesses struggling with labor shortages.

International Business

This job involves serving as a bridge between local companies and foreign talent, working with various departments to ensure that foreign personnel can be trained and work in Japan. Job DetailsOur company is a comprehensive human resource service group dedicated to addressing the driver shortage in the automotive transport industry by training high-quality, reliable drivers (taxis, trucks, buses) and matching the needs of both "people who want to work" and "companies looking for workers" through job placement services, thereby achieving employment. We offer a supportive environment where even those with no experience can confidently undertake their work.
1. Human Resource Consultant Services
We conduct hearings to understand the background of job openings and the ideal candidate profiles for companies engaged in recruitment activities, and propose suitable candidates based on their needs.
2. Career Counseling Services
We provide counseling on job seekers' work history, driving skills, and employment conditions.
3. Consultation Support Advisor Services
We offer various support services for foreign drivers working for client companies.
Application Requirements

Working Hours and Days9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8 hours of actual work with a 1-hour break)
Two days off per week, year-end and New Year holidays, annual paid leave, condolence leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, and nursing care leave
